Learn why maintaining an exercise program can be critical for your own health and beneficial for the healthy development of your baby. Your body is changing, and so too must your own exercise routine and eating habits. Join us for an illuminating 90 minutes full of practical advice and hands-on demonstrations for how to exercise safely and effectively throughout each trimester of your pregnancy. We will discuss how-to’s, talk about how often, and offer nutrition tips. Learn how exercise helps with both the ups and downs of a life-changing and body-changing nine months. Open to Members and Non-Members so bring a girlfriend and come learn from the best! No workout clothes are required, light snacks will be served, and expecting mommies interested in starting a specialized pre or post-natal exercise program will get an exclusive special offer from the GH School for Healthy Living.
About our presenter:
Kim Cavill is a leader at the GH School for Healthy Living in Bucktown and has been educating women about healthy pre and post-natal exercise and fitness for years. Kim is an experienced and passionate health educator focused on empowering people to take control of their bodies and has changed countless lives during her career as a health educator in both the US and Australia. Kim is a proud member of NPN and currently expecting her first child in the fall.
